Given this self-evident truth, it seems odd that recruitment is commonly measured by cost, and businesses are focussed on reducing the cost of recruitment.

This event provides the theory and practice behind moving to a value of hire model, where cost is always seen in the context of the value delivered to the business. We will demonstrate how to define quality of hire, show you how to measure it, and give you practical help to improve it. 

We then look at the social media channel in-depth, and show the impact that this can have on employer branding and quality of hire. Using practical examples and case studies we will show you how to develop your social media strategy, how to get internal buy-in, and what to expect in terms of delivering quality hires.

This is not a theoretical event, but rather a chance for you to hear how other people go about it, and discuss with your peers to share ideas and experiences.
