What does it cost to use TalentPuzzle?

There is no charge for employers to use TalentPuzzle. TalentPuzzle takes a small percentage of the placement fee once a placement has been made.

I have an ATS – do I still need TalentPuzzle?

TalentPuzzle complements your ATS. It helps you to accurately measure and manage the performance of your vendors and gives you access to a powerful marketplace that can fill any specialist vacancy you can think of. TalentPuzzle can be tailored to work with your ATS.

Why would a recruitment supplier give up part of their fee?

Suppliers see TalentPuzzle as their outsourced sales force giving them access to new clients and hundreds of vacancies. Additionally, TalentPuzzle manages the contractual and billing relationships with the employer.

I have a PSL – why do I need TalentPuzzle?

We encourage employers to upload their PSL onto TalentPuzzle in order to centralize all of their supplier interactions. Additionally, employers will benefit from our unique reporting functionalities giving them detailed information into every aspect of the performance of their suppliers.

Can recruitment suppliers see my contact details?

In the interest of privacy, all vacancies are posted anonymously. Your contact details will only be displayed once you have expressly engaged with an agency. 

Do we lose the direct relationship with agencies by working through TalentPuzzle?

Not at all. TalentPuzzle actively encourages the two parties to speak and build a relationship. As soon as an agency is engaged on a vacancy, the employer's contact details are released. By enabling you to identify the most effective suppliers, TalentPuzzle lets you focus all your attention on the ones it is worth speaking to.  


Questions on payments and terms

How do the terms work on TalentPuzzle?

One of the key benefits of TalentPuzzle is our standard terms for employers and suppliers. In some cases we enable employers to vary the terms they engage agencies with, in this case all suppliers working on the vacancy must explicitly agree to any variation.

Who has candidate ownership?

A recruitment supplier owns a candidate for 180 days after initial CV submission. If the employer hires the candidate during this period for any role within the company the employer owes a placement fee.

What is the rebate period?

There is a standard 60 days 100% rebate period, unless agreed otherwise
