What is TalentPuzzle?
TalentPuzzle is a recruiting channel that enables you to leverage the power of the
marketplace. By posting your job vacancy "on the TalentPuzzle market" you create competition
amongst recruitment firms who will compete to deliver high quality CVs faster. As a result,
TalentPuzzle offers you a more effective and efficient recruiting channel whilst you save
costs and administrative burden.
How much does it cost to use TalentPuzzle?
TalentPuzzle is a free service for employers.
What jobs can I place on TalentPuzzle?
TalentPuzzle is used by recruiters covering all categories in all industries.
How do I know what placement fee to offer?
We recommend that you set a placement fee at a 10% to 20% discount to market practice.
However remember that this is a free marketplace and there is a tradeoff between the
quality of CVs and cost and time savings. So, if you are not satisfied with the quality
of CVs you receive, we recommend that you increase the placement fee.
How does TalentPuzzle earn money?
TalentPuzzle takes a transaction fee for each successful hire equal to 25% of each
placement fee that you pay to the recruitment firm.
How does TalentPuzzle protect my confidentiality?
TalentPuzzle keeps your company’s identity and your contact details hidden
from the marketplace. Your details will only be accessible to recruiters who
you have specifically engaged on a vacancy. Once a recruiter is engaged you
can communicate either through the TalentPuzzle messaging system or get in
touch offline.
How do I post a vacancy on TalentPuzzle?
Click on "Vacancies" on the menu bar and simply choose "Post a vacancy".
This will take you to the screen where you can enter the particulars of your vacancy.
How do I edit a vacancy after I have posted it?
Click on "Vacancies" on the menu bar and simply choose "My vacancies".
This is also your home page after log in. Next to each vacancy you have
a "Take Action" bottom where you can select "Edit".
Will I be bombarded with unqualified CVs?
You can choose which recruitment firms you would like to engage
to work on each specific vacancy. Each recruiter accumulates
TalentPuzzle performance statistics which give you an indication
of the relevance and quality of the CVs submitted by a particular
recruiter in the past. We believe the TalentPuzzle performance
statistic will incentivize recruiters to submit only high quality CVs.
In addition, we screen recruiters for quality before admitting them
to this marketplace.
I just hired a candidate through TalentPuzzle. What do I do?
We recommend that you continuously update the hiring process on the "Vacancy Detail"
page to facilitate interaction with recruiters and coordination with your colleagues.
When you choose "Hired" from "Update status" under the "Take Action" button you will
automatically be prompted to fill in the starting salary and starting date and we will
send you an invoice. Alternatively, on the "Vacancy Detail" page next to the name of
the candidate you have hired there is a "Take Action" button. You can choose "Pay Placement Fee"
and fill in the starting salary and starting date. We will then send you an invoice and
reward the successful recruitment firm.
We have multiple internal HR staff. Can we have multiple users under one account?
TalentPuzzle is designed to accommodate multiple users within one Multi User Account.
You can add additional users under "Account" by choosing "Add/View Users" and "Add a User".
Your Single User Account is then transformed into a Multiple User Account. The first user
in a Multiple User Account will act as Account Manager with the privilege to remove certain
users. Each user will have their own login details, but can track the activities of other
users in the same account on the Add/View User page, the Vacancy Statistics page and the
Recruiter Statistics page.
How do I request a refund (employment guarantee)?
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions to determine whether you are
eligible for a refund. You can request a refund on the "Filled Vacancies" page.
Next to each filled vacancy you have a "Take Action" button where you can choose
"Request Refund".
What if we already have a submitted CV in our database?
Candidates who applied to an employer outside of the marketplace in the preceding
180 days belong to that employer, and not to the submitting recruiter. If you hire
the candidate, you will not owe a placement fee to the TalentPuzzle recruiter.
What are the terms and conditions of using TalentPuzzle?
