Request engagement from the employer by sending a short introductory note and a message why you want to work on this vacancy. Employers will also be able to view your performance rating - the average rating you received from all the employers you worked with according to quality and presentation of CVs, your communication level and responsiveness – and your past TalentPuzzle performance statistics.
Once engaged, submit candidate CVs through the system in a format of your choice. CVs will remain confidential between you and the specific employer. At this stage, you will also be able to view full company and contact information, so you can get in touch either via the TalentPuzzle messaging system or by picking up the phone. Candidate submissions are time and date stamped to protect the rights of the recruiter who first submits the candidate.
