TalentPuzzle is a free service for employers. You only pay the placement fee specified by you when making a successful hire.

Step 1: Post job vacancy
Post a vacancy and choose the placement fee you are willing to pay to a recruiter when making a hire.

Your posting is anonymous and you will not receive any cold calls from agencies.
Step 2: Choose recruiters
We will match your vacancy to suitable recruiters who will request engagement to work on your role.

Use recruiters’ profiles and performance reviews to decide whom to engage. Only engaged recruiters will receive your contact details.
Step 3: Review submitted CVs
Performance ratings given by you and other employers incentivise your chosen recruiters to submit only the most suitable CVs to you.

If you like a candidate, use the system to invite for interview. TalentPuzzle helps you manage recruitment from job spec to hiring – all in one place.
Step 4: Interview and hire
Once you have hired a candidate, TalentPuzzle invoices you for the placement fee on offer. We offer you an 8 week full money back guarantee.

When the 8 weeks are up we pass the placement fee on to the recruiter minus our fee.
