Pricing and Policies

This is a summary and overview of the standard terms that govern the Employer-TalentPuzzle-Recruiter relationship. For the complete terms and conditions, please see the TalentPuzzle Terms and Conditions available upon sign up.


Membership Fees

TalentPuzzle aims to render the employer recruiter relationship as simple and transparent as possible. Sign up is free for both parties. We don’t charge the employer for posting a vacancy nor do we charge the recruiter for submitting candidate CVs.

Terms of Use

TalentPuzzle enters into a standard set of terms with each employer and with each recruitment agent. This eliminates the hassle for each party of having to negotiate and agree multiple sets of contracts and enables an efficient marketplace. Each marketplace participant must agree to the terms and conditions as part of the sign up process.

EMPLOYERS


Fees

When posting a vacancy employers must indicate the approximate annual base salary and the percentage of that salary (placement fee) they are willing to offer a recruitment agent when hiring a candidate. Employers only pay if they make a hire.

Invoices

On the candidate’s start date, TalentPuzzle will invoice the employer for the specified placement fee which is due within 30 days. Upon passing of the 8 week rebate period, we will transfer 75% of the fee to the relevant recruitment agency. TalentPuzzle keeps the remaining 25% as a transaction fee.

Rebate Period

Employers benefit from an 8 week 100% rebate period should a candidate not work out. TalentPuzzle will refund the full placement fee in cash should the candidate not work out.

Non solicit agreement

All recruitment agencies agree not to solicit any candidates from an employer where they have made a placement for a period of 12 months.

RECRUITMENT AGENCIES


Fees

TalentPuzzle will transfer 75% of the placement fee to the successful recruitment agency after the 8 week rebate period is met.

Invoices

TalentPuzzle will self-invoice for the 75% of the placement fee, saving the recruiter time and effort.

Previously submitted candidates

Employers do not need to pay a placement fee for candidates whose CVs they have already received via a different source within the previous 180 days.

Candidate Ownership

A recruitment agency owns a candidate for 180 days after initial CV submission. If the employer hires the candidate during this period for any role within the company the employer owes a placement fee.

Candidate Representation

Prior to submitting a candidate’s CV, the recruiter must obtain the candidate’s approval and consent.

Duplicate Submissions

TalentPuzzle blocks duplicate CV submissions. However, should the system fail to prevent it, the recruiter who first submits the CV will represent the candidate in question. All CV submissions are time and date stamped.
